Celosia is an amazingly cool cut flower and garden flower!
They are easy to grow and make wonderful additions to flower bouquets, and are very neat to dry.
This is a mix of some beautiful bright salmon and pink celosia we grew in our Iowa garden and got from several sources last year. There are several shapes in here!
(We didn't keep the colors separate - we just put the seeds in a big container!)

Quantity: Roughly 90 give or take
Note: This small seed sale is primarily being done by my 3 boys - Eddie, Harry and Ellis (12, 9 and 6)
They helped grow these flowers, and did all the packing so the numbers may be off.
We have been growing and saving seeds for the past 4 years - if they grow for us they should grow for you!
Celosia is a great addition to your cut flower garden, your cottage garden, and this variety is a mix the tall cutting varieties!
The packaging is nothing special - but each pack was packed with love by my kiddos!

How to grow:
Direct Sow: Plant outside when the temperatures are above 60. Barely cover with soil just to keep seeds in place and keep moist till they germinate. Thin to 9"-12" when the first true leaves appear. The seeds need light to germinate
Start inside: 6-8 weeks before your last frost. Don't cover with soil and keep moist until germinate. Plant outside (after hardening off) and plant 6-12 inches apart.
Pinch: you will get way more blooms if you pinch your celosia when they are 6-9" tall. Just pinch off the top of the plant! While this may seem scary, the plant will send out more branches and you will get loads more flowers!
Grow: These flowers need a long growing season, but even if you plant them late and they are immature they are still amazing in bouquets!
Tip: Dry some of these by hanging some mature blooms upside down - they dry sooooo well!
